    I have always avoided Vauxhall and Ford in preference for French or Korean.

      Safe enough with any Asian manufacturer, not sure why you would ever want to risk French electronics.

      Great ideas on paper but as fragile as Farage when put under scrutiny.

      To be fair old school Vauxhall and Fords were proper cars. Had plenty, the V6 Calibra was a highlight.

      Ford has maintained a decent level of reliability and “style” but anything more recent from the Stellantis Group is to be avoided, it’s cheap for a reason.

        I just do not like the styling of Vauxhall or Fords .

        I am pretty sure the tech is the same across the motor industry

        My Getz was superb and my current Citroen C1 is very reliable .

        May squeeze another year out of the C1 on 66k currently
