No, according to Google:
Core Transit RulesVisit every station: You must arrive at or depart from all 272 Underground stations. The train must stop at each station, but you do not need to exit the train.Public transport only: You can only use scheduled public transport (trains, tubes, and buses) or walk between stations.Banned methods: Private vehicles (cars, motorcycles), bicycles (including folding bikes), taxis, or any unauthorized transport are strictly prohibited.Time Tracking & LoggingContinuous time: Your timer begins when the doors lock at your first station and runs continuously until you physically set foot on the platform at your final station.Witnesses: You must have an independent witness to start and stop the master stopwatch at the beginning and end.Log keeping: You are required to keep a scrupulous journey log detailing your start/finish stations, routes, and train interchange points.outlaws is not the barometer of sanity. You're either Luton full tilt or you are nothing. We have spunked way too much money on shite. The end.

No but I follow a guy called Geoff Marshall who does, in my opinion, interesting vlogs on the London Transport network. He did once hold the record for the underground challenge. And with that in mind, he did a series called All Stations, where he travelled Britain visiting every station I the land. Our day will come

I like his stuff. It's that mix of interesting, entertaining and helpful, and all done in a gently British way.
