    I worked for Ryanair in the old Dan Air hanger at Luton Airport


    Anyway the had a paint stripped down confiscated Libyan Lear jet impounded In the hanger

      Didn’t realise DanAir had a hangar at Luton…and I started work at Britannia Airways in 1978.

          ...I'm afraid you are mistaken. Dan Air never had a hangar at Luton...must have been another hangar used temporarily

          ...and they are called Aircraft Maintenance Manuals just fyi.

          I can 100% confirm Dan Air did not have a hangar at Luton. Their maintenance was done at Manchester and later Gatwick.
          Occasionally their planes would appear in say Monarch hangers (who I worked for) for ad hoc maintenance, but they never owned or leased any hangers.
