Bolton and L1 next season

Glad they went up as I think more likely than Stockport to be challenging in L1 next season. Will be interested to see if a Lincoln wild card emerges but in my opinion with the relegated clubs to consider I would say we should expect to be top 2 if we can build on last 2-3 months. As usual however we are not good when expectations are raised so this may be a bad thing!
And we may lose most of our better players and be left with some we would want to offload but no one wants. Also can't see Palmer or Lawrence being with us again. Another big rebuild which means can't rely on last 2-3 months momentum continuing.
Obviously depends on quality of our signings but if we can't shift our high earners then the 50% rule will bite us on the bum. Strange we would have high earners still under contract after the parachute payments have finished especially when we are the best run club ever
As unpopular as this is, I think a couple of the promoted teams will do well, especially MK. Bradford made the playoffs after promotion last year after all.

The big question is how Leicester will comply to finance rules. They have players that will be on huge wages, even with relegation clauses, that will be hard to shift and will prevent them getting new players in. That being said, they have a good youth setup and get decent crowds so they are rightly early favourites with the bookies.
