Have I understood this correctly: that if Notts County had have had fans in the upper tier at Wembley they would have made a significant loss, so now they've been moved to level 2, in posher seats for no extra costs?

At a guess it would cost County a lot more to open tier 5 for a couple of hundred tickets than it would to move them to level 2 and subsidise the extra cost that I imagine Wembley would want for moving them to those seats. Good comment sense applied, everyone is better off. And that's quite decent of them offering a free league ticket next season for those who paid full price for level 2. Surprised they couldn't sell more than 20k though.outlaws is not the barometer of sanity. You're either Luton full tilt or you are nothing. We have spunked way too much money on shite. The end.

Put like that, it does make sense. Maybe a bit of brain fog on my behalf reading the article. And yes, I also thought they'd shift more than 20k especially as they get sometimes get upper teens of thousands for some home games.
