Season ticket renewal

I must be going mad. I've read and re-read things, and still can't find a way to renew and pay. Any help gratefully received.

Click on Tickets on the blue band at the top
Click on the "face" - top right
Sign in
The "face" will now have a red dot on it - click on that
You should see a Notification on the right hand side - click on "renew now"
Your not the only one, when I tried it kept showing as 'event no longer for sale' even though I was clicking on renew. A few here had problems, I don't see why you can't call the ticket office to renew.
I think you can but not definite I know it's not possible for a lot of people but went to the ticket office this morning and renewed 5 tickets within 5 minutes
none of my apple devices, iphone or Macs worked. Called the ticket office this morning and they let me pay over the phone. Like above it was pretty quick and easy. Forza the ticket office
