Season ticket renewal

Sorry if this has been discussed previously, but has anyone been able to renew their season ticket? When I log in and click the link it tells me “sorry this event is no longer available” is this a glitch or Ilan I doing something wrong?
I went down to the ticket office, and dare I say it, it took less time than doing it online, we weren’t in there any more than 2 minutes. Bravo the ticket office! Forza 2020!! Can’t wait for the new season!!! W G U A F C
Had the same when using the 'Renew Season Tickets' link. Clicked on the account symbol at the top which said I had a notification, then a link appeared saying 'Renew Now' which worked.
Did the same to me, I had to refresh the page a couple of times and restart from new which finally worked. Wasn't easy, fact you can't call the ticket office and renew is ridiculous.
Thanks, I’ve tried in safari and in chrome and logged out and signed back in and also an opened an incognito window and still says the same thing. “This event is no longer on sale through the ticketing site”
i printed the form off, completed the application, took a photo of it with my phone, and then emailed it to the ticket office. The T.O. then confirmed my renewal.
Sorry, don't really know what else to suggest, only that I had the same issue and the renew eventually worked. Other than advised by above poster in that you do a paper and email renewal. It's not user friendly.
