Football query

Just watching the Old Firm derby. Two Celtic defenders clash heads together and both receive treatment on the pitch but neither go off for 30 seconds. Is it different up there or am I wrong with my assumption?

If two players from the same side have treatment, neither has to go off which is why you will often see a second player go down for no apparent reason. Strange rule but applies down here as well.
