Rob is a gentleman and far too good to be associated with that club.
Plenty of former Luton players in their squad too, who has earned an opportunity at Step 1 or 2 now.
Hopefully Mr Sinclair also gets an offer from elsewhere higher up the pyramid.

My ‘local non league team’ Harborough Town won that league so go into National North so probably going to play your crew?
North is a bit of a stretch of a description considering some teams in the division.

Yep. Lost in the semis of the play offs on Saturday so a 2nd season of Conf North awaits. Non fussed tbh as it means whenever I'm not watching Luton, I can have a pint on the terraces, that would have stopped if promotion to the conference would have happened 😁

Lack of clubs further north means that is the result.
The concentration of Step 3, 4 and 5 clubs significantly greater south of the midlands.

There was a season a few years back when St Albans were in danger of ending up in Conference North.
Local residents started a petition because they were worried that it might impact house prices .....

They are now Southern Prem central which still means a huge amount of travel.
Will be interesting to see where Royston are put for 26/27.
Hitchin going up today makes space for Winslow (who beat Cockfosters in the Spartan playoff final today), in Central 1 but Cambridge City are so close geographically and play in Midlands North and clubs like Potters Bar to consider which may mean Royston have to go north.
