    The Stevenage goal

Didn't look like a goal to me, but irrespective of that, we finished 17 points off automatic promotion from the third division. Really bad first two thirds followed by a barn storming final third. Even when we're shit we still win a trophy though, something Watford can only dream of.

outlaws is not the barometer of sanity. You're either Luton full tilt or you are nothing. We have spunked way too much money on shite. The end.

Seen a fair few say it wasnt that goal that cost us our play off place, it was the 9 months previous. Both are actually correct.

We shouldn't have been relaying on other results on the final day - but since we were a dubious "goal" cost us in the final minutes. Still even making pay offs doesn't guarantee promotion.

I`m actually quite glad that if we were to miss out it was due to that not our own result on the final day. It certainly didn`t leave that hollow feeling like west brom.

Se actually have a no pressure season next year. No budget dwarfing others. We will be 4th or 5th favourites at best . We are no just another of many ex PL clubs in this division. Could be fun

They’ll never be a ‘ no pressure ‘ season while we are in League One

Disagree to an extent. Last time we were in l1 was a no pressure season - no expectation. That worked out rather well.

Add to the fact next season we won`t be a "scalp". Basically we get to do us, not expectation. For some reason i think we tend to do better that way
