I heard from a fairly reliable that Luton have agreed a deal(1.9 million) with Hull to sign Kasey Palmer on a permanent deal if true is excellent news.

Hull must still owe us a chuck from the Ryan Giles deal. At I guess the 4.5m would be payed over 3 years leaving us 1 instalment left.
Write that off and get KP.

Why would he sign before knows which division we'll be in, minimal though the chances are of promotion.

Wilshere said just this week that Palmer signing permanently wasn’t necessarily determined by which division we’re in.

There was a very dodgy looking link floating around yesterday suggesting he'd signed for that fee. The link linked to some Leicester City news though apparently.
