    Permutations

If we win our last 2 games we will be in playoffs if 1 of these happen

Stockport (pboro h, port vale h, barnsley away) get no more than 3 points

Bradford (bolton h, exeter a) get no more than 1 point

Stevanage (doncaster a, wigan h) get no more than 3 points.

Can't see it but funnier things have happened.

Just win the last two and see what happens.

Said a while back we’d need to win pretty much every game and we’ve given it a pretty good go since then.

I think we win saturday to take it to the final day. but dont at bolton, meaning results that dont go our way anyway are irrelevant. Left it too games too late.

On the upside football is once again fun to watch and there is excitment. We`d have taken that and a trophy win 2 months ago iven the rest of the season

I think of we win Saturday, we'll win at Bolton. They'll play a weaker side as they're guaranteed a play off. Saturday is huge now.

Got to take each game as it comes. Win saturday. See what happens. Can`t fault the last 10 games. Can fault plenty more before that. But if we have turned a corner and got out of the "losing" mentality then its not a bad thing

We’d be pretty unfortunate to miss out with 74 points, but looking at those remaining fixtures it could easily happen.

I have a bad feeling about Barnsley.
There’s going to be a very tense atmosphere.

Im not sure there will be, most people like me probably resigned themselves to another season in league 1.
We’ve certainly given s good account of ourselves recently, and its enjoyable again.

                  WUM 2

                  Agreed.
Some of the pass and move football we played last night was great to watch, really enjoyable.

Central to most of the attacking football is Kasey Palmer. If we dont sign him in the summer Sweet should have his bollocks put in a vice.

Gd may be a factor to catch Stockport but if we win and stockport only win 1 then we are likely to overtake them on gd

It is extremely unlikely that we end up in a situation where we miss out on a play-off spot due to our GD vs Stockport’s

Nobody is making top 6 with 71 or 72 points so you are looking realistically at a scenario where both of us get 74.

That’s two wins for us, and two defeats and a win for Stockport. They’d need to win the game they win by a minimum of 4 goals to pip us and in all likelihood probably by 5 or 6.

If we win 2 and Stockport win 1 and lose 2 they’d have to win that game by at least 4 goals
