Is he seriously a footballer? Absolutely woeful.
Also where is Sandal? When we signed him it was claimed we'd been monitoring him for a while, and now he's not good enough even for the bench.League one again ole ole

He was on the bench on Tuesday. Would you rather have him Play than Walsh, who’s in the form of his life!

Why wouldn’t he play if Clarke was injured ?

It definitely doesn't continue the same trend as the the last few windows though where 'that'll do' is obvious.
Any other team wasted the amount our club has, we'd be laughing at them.
We just give the main man a bump in wages.

He's not injured, like Brammall deemed not good enough for the 16

You're getting confused. He explained why he was not in the squad, i.e competition (not injury)

I think its more of a case of who can cover what positions on the bench.
For example Naismih started LB, Lawrence could drop back there if needed, JJ can also come on there or play CB. Brammal can play LB, LWB or LW - Kodua can cover as wingback or wing on either side so he gets the nod.
As for Sandell - Richards and Saville can both play CM, so including Sandell woudl be at the expense of one of those two . So in both cases not so much a case of not being good enough for the 16, just choices.
Having said that I`m struggling to see what VDB offers. Maybe more defensive than say Richards or Palmer but more attacking than Saville or Sandell? But not convincing
