2016 to 2021 - Newlands & the flats will pay for the stadium 2021 - confirmed Newlands and the flats will mean no debt by 2024. 2025 - Newlands, the flats, £30m of EPL money and half debt will pay for the stadium 2026 - Newlands, the flats, £30m of EPL money & “a significant proportion” of the parachute payments plus an undisclosed amount of debt will pay for the stadium.
2020’s own Viability Report shows that on the sale of the flats, with the developer taking the profit, it will not make any money - so how is the debt to be paid off?
The current plan to pay off the debt relies on vague "other income" and projected stadium/conference revenue that likely isn't enough to cover the debt plus interest.

Just general press releases, Club statements, Trust statements etc - you know, it’s all been put out there down the years and been pretty easy to follow.

For the record I’m taking absolutely no pleasure at all from any of this - by that I mean old friends and people whose company I’ve genuinely enjoyed down the years - and that includes you. Are you disputing any of the above? Don’t you find it more than a bit puzzling that we have a CEO who’s been drawing a massive remuneration package (£7m in 5yrs or something) for zero delivery? I’d be raising eyebrows if questions *weren’t* being asked.
Maybe they have been asked an answered. I tend not to worry about what others are paid.
I think non league to Premiership 200 million in payments is worthy of a good renumeration.
What would you pay yourself based on those achievements.

Last time I looked we were in the 3rd Division. And the EPL money has been largely pissed up against the wall.
BUT - 7yrs after getting planning permission we’ve got a crane up the air. For comparison Everton were granted final planning permission for a new stadium - twice the size and on a reclaimed dock - in February 2021. They’re playing in it now.
Not ignoring just not accepting . If its a bit late so be it ,no other owner has got us this far let them get on with it.Moaning on here wont change anything The Arm is still alive
