You get morons on here all day who say their NHS job is quiet while they're online chatting crap rather than trying to make a difference. If my hospital's Care Quality Commission inspection rating was Requires Improvement with a yellow warning sign I think I would like to try to improve services and the NHS rather than robbing a living boring people on here.
