    Would you appoint a junior with no experience to run it to get it out of trouble?

    The optics of replacing JW now would be horrible, pointing straight back to board incompetence. So there’s no chance he’ll be replaced this season and we will be a league 1 team next season too but with no parachute payments.

    It’s just a complete mess and could have been avoided.it has to be time to add experience in football matters on the board.

      NJ was a novice when we employed him.

      John Still was anything but.

      Buckle / Brabin Money were experienced.

      Better to take a chance on someone with a good grounding in the game or someone who has been serially sacked? Benefits and issues for both
