On the other hand, what would give us confidence that new owners would come in, have the best interests of the club (and town) at heart, and also do a better job? There has to be a viable alternative.
For what it's worth, the bit about having the club's best interests at heart is what makes me think they will turn it around eventually. They aren't some foreign owner who will get bored of their plaything. They will keep on working at it. Nobody is perfect, and the last couple of seasons have been poor, but I think they are at least trying to do the right things and it will pay off eventually.

I’m more talking about the whole club management structure employees rather than the owners, I don’t the investor(s) going anywhere, and as you say the isn’t a know viable option.
