Like it or lump it Wilshere is not a league one manager, tactics are awful for this level and his ability to change things non existent! We will stagnate and the he will quit or be sacked so best to get it done now! A risky appointment that hasn’t worked so now time to either get in an experienced manager or maybe promote our current number 2 who looks as pissed off as the rest of us
