He basically said we didn't win our duels, and seemed to give up when they scored the 3rd.

We seem to have had a few players who speak out about things, but then very little seems to come of it. It is concerning but there's time to sort it out. Feels like the players seem a bit rudderless.

And players playing in their natural/best positions. Still is not happening. Could also venture the opinion on hat many of the 3rd division players are not comfortable playing the way they are being asked to play. So when they then make a mistake it knocks already fragile confidence. Finally, the players may also be aware that changes are required in the way we play and set up away from home.
