Not surprising really is it. We've had what? 3 or 4 decent performances all season? Atmosphere at grounds is shit, empty seats everywhere we go, very few youngsters watching us now, people attending through habit rather than enjoyment, a board that are seemingly untouchable or accountable for their failings, spineless performances from players, many of whom just aren't good enough, the chance of a lifetime to build a decent squad completely wasted and still a few morons in our fan base that are happy to just shrug their shoulders and accept it all.
Not a single club has ever come out of the PL and failed as bad as we have.

We play 3 of the bottom 4 in the next few weeks and also have the opportunity to put a slight bit of fun into a drab season by getting to Wembley. Fuck these games up and the season is over.

Bang on. It reminds me of our situation in the 80s, great cup runs, solid top league team, win league cup. More money earned in our history and we frittered the opportunity away…
