It’s all relative though isn’t it , I don’t think of my house as an investment

I bought at 41 sold at 50
Bought at 60 sold at 80
Then bought at 60 sold at 120
Now bought at 115 sell at at about 170.

That's steady growth in my house asset value.

However I note the anti labour media are punting out that labour are attacking property values which is total garbage.

Property is a number based on what people will pay not real value.

Buying a cardboard house in a new estate is all about appearance not property real value
