It would be by around 13⅓ miles by my rough sums. Current shortest three, if you do the distance to the final location:

Whilst your gallant efforts do you proud, I'm not sure that was the point of The Outsider's post. I thought he was referring the fact that other than in the group stages when we were away at Cambridge, every match will have been at home! And Cambridge nor Wembley are far.
