    First time coming to KR

    Posted by Pello45 on 9/1/2026, 9:49:18

Hi all coming over for the Blackpool game. Bringing a mate for the first time. Would I be better off bringing him into the the main stand or better off going to oak road ?

If they are over 5ft 2 then avoid the main stand.

Bobbers stand would probably be the best view now ahead of the enclosure.

Never been in the David Preece so can’t comment

Good call on the bobbers, I’d forgotten that. IMO section A of DP gives the best view in the stadium.

In my opinion, it's the Main Stand for the viewing angle of the game although avoid getting seats to far back or near any pillars (if possible). Let's hope it's a good one!

If you can get tickets, the main standing is seating where as the Oak Road is safe standing.

Main stand I'd say, unless you're both bald and wear stone island

If I grew up on a farm, and was retarded, Bruges might impress me but I didn't, so it doesn't.

I stand in the Oak. I'm neither bald nor do I wear Stone Island.

Hi, I’ll give you a sensible answer.
Main stand is probably best, but tight for leg room and decent pitch views. Oak Road is ok if you don’t mind safe standing, ducking to avoid Luton’s many off target shots, although probably a better atmosphere. Enjoy!
