Manager's jackets

A lot of managers wear lovely jackets whilst yelling out instructions from the touchlines. But whose jacket is the loveliest?
I quite like JW's, is it a Hugo Boss edition? Or what about Pep's super cool CP Company. It does look splendid doesn't it?
On the flip side I'm not convinced by newcomer on the block Sandbanks as modelled by the handsome man baby Rob Edwards. And Thomas Frank's jacket is very mediocre isn't it? I don't even know what the brand is.
Who do you think has the loveliest manager's jacket?outlaws is not the barometer of sanity.
David Moyes had a fetching Belstaff jacket on today. Can't beat the NJ Stoney one though. Kompany favoured the moose knuckles which was rather nice. Pep needs a lense to see out of his own behind. Whatever happened to sheepskin efforts? Games gone to the dogs.

Jacks is a Hugo jacket and is very nice.
Lots of them have been given Sandbanks jackets as freebies to promote the brand, including Mr Manbaby.
Take the Redknapps Sandbanks badge off and you can pick the same jackets up for £50.We plant more trees than you

For my onions they should be wearing gear branded by the club official kit supplier. In tbe 1990s Umbro (and probably other manufacturers also) produced bench coats for managers yo wear. Sur Alex Fergusson usually wore his, as did Brian Clough - when they weather was too cold for just his green sweater! In fact I still have an original Umbro bench jacket (not team specific) which is well over 30 years old now in pretty much mint condition. Live justly, love mercy, perpetuate generosity, walk humbly.
Yes he wore what the supplier provided. Adidas up to 1992. Then the umbro versions from 92 onwards.Live justly, love mercy, perpetuate generosity, walk humbly.
Mr J.C. Lomax having been called upon to give his opinion upon the proposed formation of a Town Club, said he was most emphatically in favour of a proposed Luton Town Football Club - 11th April 1885
I've still got a collection of them in a wardrobe! Dad, Mum, son and daughter. Worn at Skimpot dogs when bookmaking.

Great shout RADSB. I'm pretty sure there is a direct correlation between the prevalence of sheepskin coats and the golden age of football. Perhaps it's time for the sheepskin coat to make a comeback?outlaws is not the barometer of sanity.
Well i don't own a sheepskin coat which probably means it absolutely is the height of fashion!!! Live justly, love mercy, perpetuate generosity, walk humbly.
Got mine in the late 70's early 80's from Ash Kay, corner of Midland Road and Dudley Street. Mr J.C. Lomax having been called upon to give his opinion upon the proposed formation of a Town Club, said he was most emphatically in favour of a proposed Luton Town Football Club - 11th April 1885
Yes that's right, well remembered. Mrs RADSB got a suede skirt and leather jacket from there too.
Sami and Salims on High Town Road. Two Italian deli's and Rita's Italian cafe did the best Lasagne, Cannoloni and Ravioli ever. Mr J.C. Lomax having been called upon to give his opinion upon the proposed formation of a Town Club, said he was most emphatically in favour of a proposed Luton Town Football Club - 11th April 1885
Apart from the sheepskins I'm sure I've go a leather jacket and coat of mine from there in the loft. Annette's was next door to Nicholls, before compulsory purchase. I used to have to collect the papers and fags from the newsagents (including when underage) for morning break at 8am, after delivering by hand to some housebound locals. White's Newsagent. Forget her first name but mayor at one point.
Marion McCarroll (mayor twice) taught me at Icknield High, Luton. As for the current Lady Mayor Amy Nicholls (not listed)she's the grand-daughter of Nicholls Bakers of High Town, and probably known to the board's Brickies brigade.
