We have no one who challenges the referee, stands up to other players or is aggressive on the field to argue, persuade, or intimidate teams or officials.
The amount of times you see other players challenging the ref or linesman or gripping up other players. Yet every single one of ours stands there like a lemon at any decision. Melts at any confrontation. we really are lacking that massive solid leadership. The Nico type. Or even just a confident leader at the moment.

Yep! None of our players fit the town I grew up in. And don't even mention getting shoved off the ball all in every challenge like fairies.

I didn't know much about Saville before he signed. For some reason, after reading the bollocks on line, I sort of hoped he'd be a no nonsense Nico player. I was very wrong.
Naismith is captain so he'd be the one you expect to do what you're describing.
Unfortunately he gets upset by some hurty words when we lose 5 nil.
