            Goldilocks mentality.

            Everything has to be 'just right' for them otherwise they cry, piss and moan and throw the towel in.

            I hope we see early additions in January and not waiting until the end of the window.

            We seem devoid of any ideas. Not on the manager as once they are on the pitch it’s down to them.
