You would think there is a clause to allow us to terminate the loan deal. Knowing our recruitment methods we'll probably offer them a million for him injured and then say that's the only way we we're gonna get him lol

Ali Al-Hamadi has today returned to his parent club Ipswich, we'd like to thank him for turning up to do an interview before fucking off on international duty to get injured. We wish him all the best for the future, we are delighted to announce the signings of David Buust and Alf Inge Haaland on 5 year deals.

Another absolutely pathetic signing. The amount of money wasted since the PL is criminal.

Thankfully only £30m of that money is for Power Court though so we've plenty more to waste before we're skint.

I'm guessing he's one of the main men for them though? You read of players dropping out of internationals all the time.

Either way, i could have put money on him getting injured. It's the new luton way🙈

From the comments on our instagram every time we post about him, I think he’s a national hero.

Maybe he feels a pressure/responsibility as they have a chance to qualify for the WC. Which would be massive for them.

No idea to be honest but I doubt they have many Internationals playing at a higher level.

It's just our luck though if these reports are correct.

Signing a player who is injured... again. We never learn

On paper it was a good signing and I (stupidly) assumed the original injury was minor otherwise, why bother. I should have known better

Bolton get that lad from Brighton on loan who is supposed to be playing really well and we get an injured cast off from Division 2

                  Ooooh-he-will-do recruitment

The one report I've heard early on in the EPL season was that £30m only would go to PC. Since then we've upgraded to a bigger stadium and more expense but not heard how much extra has been diverted off to PC since.

Bearing in mind the £49m parachute payments in 2024/25 and £40m at the end of this season - approximately - we should be signing better. A goal scoring CF and quality midfielder are desperately needed

IMO there is alot being kept far too quiet regards the finances. Sweet spouted the £30m figure. If that's changed he needs to grow a pair and own it.

It has gone quiet on money apart from GS saying we will break even this season. That's a given but we need to know where exactly the money has gone. We don't even know if any of the parachute payments has gone to PC?

Bigger stadium, more expensive so I assume some has - has the share of the parachute payments to PC gone up thus reducing the money to the transfer side.

Notice- anti-Sweet clique. Not pro-fans clique.

One of our main jobs as fans is to look after the club. We’re not here to look after any individuals or custodians, only the club.

Mr J.C. Lomax having been called upon to give his opinion upon the proposed formation of a Town Club, said he was most emphatically in favour of a proposed Luton Town Football Club - 11th April 1885

If we hadn't asked the right questions down the years, we wouldn't even have a club

Exactly that. Unfortunately too many simpletons are blind to not only the obvious failings but also the bigger picture.

Certainly looking unlikely that the conditions for the obligation to buy will be met.

Unless the condition was ‘score 1 goal for Iraq’
