Heartbreaking that Mani from The Stone Roses has died. One of the best to ever play bass and a proper funny fucker too. Absolutely shocking. RIP.

I agree, they were the inspiration to all those that followed. Without their success Oasis probably would have been non starters. Noel has pretty said as much in the past.
