Fuck watching their team sit with no signs of going forward every week. Plus side another clean sheet and another game undefeated
They have picked up some good results at home. Depleted by injuries today. Good, pragmatic away performance. Fancy them to make the play-offs if they get their players back.
I thought they had a go for sixty minutes and then settled for a point. First half they looked dangerous at times with the two lumps upfront.
We offered so little as an attacking force we did make it incredibly easy for them. On a positive note if we could get AAH and Brown on the pitch at the same time we should look far more of a threat.
Also it showed to me today how much we miss Clark's creativity and goal threat. Can't afford to have him missing too many games if we want play-offs (at least).
It's very difficult to play forward if there are no options. Wells and Yates make the same runs expecting a miracle through ball and when Yates does drop deeper to receive the ball, he's not strong enough to withstand the challenge.
