Mouldy cheese I just dont get. I love a variety of cheeses but can't stand anything with mould on it disguised to make it palatable by calling it "blue". Just call it what it is; mouldy, gone off and rank.

Beh, sai niente tubby. Mia moglie e italiana. Io, sono italiano honorario. They're catering for the English. You'd never get blue cheese sauce on steak in Italy, same as you'd never get cream in a carbonara. On gnocchi if you're lucky, with walnuts and rocket.

Decent butcher's steak should need no sauce. But who cares? If you enjoy it, buon appertito
