The 3 he has taken for us
1st was decent 2nd was an outstanding save 3rd was utter wank
You`d say in the current squad JC and Naismith probably the best equipped to take them
Sure, to an extent. But the fact an off-form Wells got to take it when he was already having a bad game? Not great. And, as Cuba has pointed out, Naismith not intervening as captain once Kodua and Wells were arguing over it is just bad captaincy.

If he’d not missed the pen against Plymouth I don’t think the crowd would’ve turned. Feels like he took the brunt of the anger at how most of our signings haven’t worked.
Hmm. Onions etc, but for me Wells has been the sole signing who hasn’t looked up for it from the start and is imo Moses levels of uninterested. Perhaps I’m being unfair, but I can’t recall a single shot on target, a near miss or anything of note from him. There have been several potentially good balls he’s got nowhere near. In fairness, I thought the Plymouth penalty was a good save, rather than a terrible pen. Even so, he’s the new signing I’ve the least time for, and it’s not for the Plymouth penalty.
I just wish whoever takes the next one puts his laces through the ball and hits it with power. These rolling the ball towards the corner hoping the 'keeper goes the wrong way is one huge gamble.
Hit it hard enough, get it on target and the chances are it'll hit the back of the net, Collins style, Nicholls style or going way back. John Ryan style.

Rolling towards the corner? It was about 3 yards off centre!
Nonsense, the goal is eight yards wide, so four yards each side of the 'keeper assuming he awaits the penalty by standing in the middle of the goal, as the Mansfield 'keeper did.
So you're saying Well's kick was saved about one yard from the post. No it wasn't. It was about two yards, at most, to the 'keepers right making it relatively easy for him to get down and save it. Watch it again and see for yourself.
It was a **** penalty. He should not have taken it given the mess he made of the previous one he took only a couple of games earlier. l
