Genuine question. Those clambering for a manager who has experience at higher leagues. Does.it need to be. This is a critical appointment a here and now manager who may have experience higher up but not in league 1, would it work?

I wasnt suggesting JS for this job, it was the point he was employed to get us out of conference and no experience of higher leagues. Its that principle.
