Has anyone else been driven down to a state of apathy? Our team are a bit pathetic to be frank. Wellens if its him is a bit of a meh appointment, But I cant think who woudl get the pulse racing.
After back to back relegations and them a meh start to the season which could go downhill rapidly its not worth giving a shit about a team who basically dont seem to give a shit. This can change of course

Everything about the club feels complacent, smug with an attitude to the fans that comes across as a bit superior
I'll give whoever the new manager is time but whoever we appoint I think I'll be a bit shrug-shoulders about it. Matching the club
We may be financially ok but there's more to being a well-run football club than that. And we are obviously not well run

Yep! I'm a big boy, I can get over losing games but what seems to be the current persuasion by the club that football is now a secondary consideration is dragging me down.

By far and away the most annoying thing after having, finally, a sustained period of being massively proud to support LTFC.... to now just being, meh, fuck it, do I really want to go. Lennie did this to us, please God we don't go there again.

No idea. The book closed at one point. Which suggests the bookies got info. I`d say he has probably interviewed at least. And the bookies certainly wont make a killing at heavy odds on. But if it is him (like anyone) they will need to earn goodwill very quickly as they wont start with much. It won`t take much to earn it - but they wont get much leeway

Players getting personally abused doesn't help anyone but if a slight shit remark on their performance makes them not give a shit, that's on them as a person and passes on the Sweet thing about signing players with the right attitude.

We're all adults in a real adult world where we actually deal with that kind of shit and just move on. Probably have to remember what type of society we live in today. Over sensitive, lacking self confidence and have a tendency to blame their poor performances on others. The body language is proof of that. A manager who can get them fighting for each other is the key for me. Plenty of potential in this team.

Personally I never abuse players at a game. Never called for a managers head at a game either I do want players giving 100% in a game though. They don`t tend to get as much abuse if they do that
