Wellens - no chance

There is no way the board and the CEO would take this risk.
Similar sort of appointment to Edwards and Bloomfield. He’s not particularly bright and success is only really at league 2 level. They’ve conceded 9 goals in the last three league games and fans moaning about defending. Below us in the league. Moved on quickly in several managerial positions.
We need something different this time, more experience and class.
There is just no way.

Wellens represents about as much experience and class as is available to us at the moment. The other people available either have less experience (Wilshere) or less class (Sadler)

Agree. Too much risk and baggage.
Wilshire with Steve Bould as coach would be spot on. Bould exceptional coach and tactician with a proven track record.

Recent problems yes, but has done a great job overall. Orient fans really rate him. Just signed a new 3 year deal, moved his family down south - so no chance of him going back to Blackpool. And he would come with McCormack... So I can see it as definitely possible!
I’m sure a lot of people would have said the same about MB. That didn’t work out well.
