How did Marv look when he came on?
When I last saw him, Derby possibly if I remember correctly, towards the end of last season, he reminded me of seeing Kevin Nicholls in his final appearances. A player whose knees have clearly gone and he's kidding himself that he doesn't have to retire.
I'd love it if he can get back, a fit Nakamba in League One would mean clean sheets every other week. But the last time I saw him he looked like he could barely walk let alone run or tackle.

He wasn’t on long enough to properly judge. But on brief impression? Understandably rusty, but livelier than his distressingly rubbish Championship appearances last season. He might yet be of use to us after all.

I think it's nailed on that if he under performs and we move him on, he'll then end up being a star player in another team - probably in a higher league.
