    Dyche on 4-4-2

If you're interested in formations and styles of play, this is worth a watch. Insightful but simple. If I can understand it, then the team certainly could.

Dyche is not everyone's cup of tea but he's proved he can get limited players to outperform at the top level. He hasn't got great hair or a nice smile, though, so can go do one frankly.

Personally I would be happy with him as manager.
Sure we wouldn't have a mismatched squad if he was in charge, possibly not an easy guy for the board to deal with but he would get the results from average players.
Looking at his history didn't realise he played 14 games for us in 1999. Don't remember him.

Although, he did his best for us.

He was very good in those 14 games

Dyche (or Cooper, as someone next to me yesterday was saying we should get) would never drop to League One in a million years. Both will be holding out for top tier Championship jobs, and in Dyche's case probably would get a job like Leeds or Wolves if they end up sacking their managers.
