      What would you rather have him doing? As long as he is following the club's medical advice, what he does in his personal life, as long as it is legal and not forbidden by his contract with the club is his own affair.

          He's been badly injured.

          Whilst recovering and getting back to full fitness he's set up a tutoring business for footballer's families with his wife - who is a teacher.

          He's used his own social media, where he is connected to the footballing world. to promote it. Not the club's.

          What is your problem with that?

          Good luck to them both.

          A footballer's career is a short one and it's great Jacob is smart enough to be putting something else in place.

                  Maybe too much to compare him to Spiller, who had no interest in getting fit and wanted to extract as much as he could from the club while he focused on promoting his Herbalife business but it’s still ‘bad optics’. Why do these players not have the brains to think “the team is doing badly, the fans are turning on my lazy useless teammates. Maybe this isn’t the week to launch a side hustle.”
