Not quite sure why the commentary is in German: apart from me, probably only Caught Jester and a few others will really understand what is being said. Basically, the drone shots show the rerouting of the river, the new and old power stations, the reinforcements at the railway-side edge of the site and a few piles of building materials which have been delivered. Other than that, not many signs of activity.
