    Nordas

After being decent against Burton, Barnet and getting the first penalty against Plymouth what on earth did he do to get pulled at half time last week and blanked by the manager yesterday, assume everyone has seen the video of that……disgraceful from the manager.

Yes he isn’t in the class of Howard or Collins at this level but he is and was improving.

Odd decision, amongst so many odd decisions.

I think that MB thought that Sonny and the Lincoln defence would know how to handle a striker like that. And so went with Wells and Yates as their movement might cause more problems. The problem is that Yates isn't fast, Wells is 35 and when either of them made a run off the ball we didn't have anyone who could pass it to them.

If you're playing Yates and Wells together, the ball needs to be played into them on the ground. Instead we just aimlessly twatted it up in their direction which meant Bradley had a nice easy afternoon.

Did he blank him? It looked like Bloomfield was in front of him?

Nordas caused Plymouth all sorts of problems and it is what caused the defender to have a brain fart as described below. Basically they didn't know how to deal with his physicality.

However that's not to say the tactic was working. Nordas did little with it when he won the ball and it encouraged us just to hoof it up to him. He was taken off to help us play more football.

Nordas is that player that we all want to do well but deep down know he is just not good enough.

He wasn't awful against Cardiff, who I thought were weak defensively, but he got totally bullied against Plymouth. Suspect he will be quietly shipped back to Sweden at some stage at a massive loss.

And Yates and Wells have shown so much more?

But he caused trouble, hence earning the penalty.

Yates just pranced around modelling his ridiculous new hair cut yesterday and then injured himself with a late challenge.

Yates sums up our problems, arrogance and poor attitude. Yard too slow and wants everything served on a plate.

Try running with the ball, keeping the ball and shooting from distance, like you used to.

The defender had a brain fart and gave away a totally needless penalty. Nordas wasn't really causing a problem, he was just in the way.

I'm sure he'll get another go soon as Yates and Wells have been very underwhelming but I can't see that he's going to make much difference if I'm honest.

'Decent' is stretching it. He was better than he had been previously but it was a low bar.

As for ignoring him, I don't think so. He was focused on shaking the Lincoln players hand is all.

No matter what you think of him, he didn’t do that deliberately.

I’d hope not and I hope he apologised afterwards. But he could have apologised immediately, but didn’t.

One to address in the ridiculously early pre-match press conference

Honestly I just don't think he saw him. Did he even notice afterwards?

Out of all the problems from Saturday I don't think that's one.

If I was a reporter my first question would be around Clark acknowledging a lack of fight, and if Bloomfield would be dropping any who aren't up for it.

My second question would be to seek clarity on the three at the back question he dodged after the game

Going by that criteria, he would have to drop at least 7.

Watching the game it was obvious most were not up for it, so I wasn't surprised when Clark confirmed it.
