Seen it mentioned a few times, and my personal opinion (not that it counts towards much) is that players are held back by either the coaching or the tactical style of play.
Quite a few moans about the sideways/backwards passing (although passing may be too strong a word) which I think doesn't encourage players to be as 'inventive' as they could be.

If you pass to your own players , you should need a maximum of 4 passes to get in final 3rd and create a chance Hard bit seems to be passing to our own players Quite often because everyone stands still No movement, no fluidity no structure Cardiff managed to do it, with relatively new squad I wonder what they do in training I wonder what we do in training
Naismith, McGuinness and Walsh all needlessly gave the ball away in dangerous areas while trying to express themselves. I'd prefer it if they did what the coaches told them
