Who are all these players that many on think we should be buying? How does anyone on here know that we aren't trying to sign players. The biggest problem isn't spending money it's convincing players to come to a league 1 club.perfect example we were linked with Kone ( allegedly) but he went to the championship.

It is very easy to offer any amount of money I suppose if you know you have no chance of signing that player.

Bigger question is why what looks a decent squad (on paper) looks so disjointed and on occasions like a bunch of strangers.... And I don't buy we are a new squad still gelliing, as Cardiff looked much more aligned than us and they have had a lot of chance

Is it a decent squad on paper though? The only players I would say are definitely too good for the level are Makosso, Mengi, Chong and Adebayo. Three of those have been available yet and might never play for us again.
As for the rest, Keeley, Alli and Kodua probably have good futures but the rest are about at their level I would say. All the talent we had two seasons ago has either left or withered on the vine.
