Lists we have 9 "strikers", 3 of which we regularly play as wing backs with very little success. Of these 9 strikers the only one worthy of the description is currently injured. Although, based on last season's exploits even his entitlement to be described as a striker is questionable. How any league 1 club could cobble together such a dismal collection of strikers is unbelievable. The fact we have had Premier League money to do so is totally unfathomable

Yes, it makes those that thought Carlton Morris was shit look pretty stupid doesn't it.
I suspect those that also wanted to 'drive' Mengi, Chong, Andersen and Brown to other clubs might now be reassessing.
We are slowly replacing players that were capable of playing in the Premier League with players that are bang average League One level.
It's already hard to see who from the latest batch, aside from Keeley, could step up to Championship level if we got promoted. Possibly Nigel?

They were shit last season and contributed to our demise. They're part of the problem, not the solution.

Because we still have very influential people in senior positions who should not be near the football reset that we’re having to go through.
It’ll lack coherence until our board put in someone with strong character and competence, either as a DoF or manager.

Yes, I agree about squad construction. At least our numerous centre halves are largely decent. The strikers are shocking
