Is she holding the microphone about 3 feet away from her mouth? I can't actually hear anything she's saying, just a constant inaudible mumbling outlaws is not the barometer of sanity.

I've got a mate at the game who can see her and he said she's on her phone scanning tiktok and Instagram while she's commentating! Explains a lot. I would be reciting poetry in between the scintillating passages of play personally.outlaws is not the barometer of sanity.
