    Home Games

We need fortress Kenilworth Road back in full swing. No matter what, just give your all supporting the team during the match, then you have the right to be critical AFTER the game. But from KO to final whistle get behind thee team like we used to! We might just win something if we can all do that!

We should stop being over critical of players and tactics if we cant even put a shift in ourselves. And yes, I'm fully aware you paid for your ticket. If this is your reasoning for booing you just sound like an entitled idiot!

Unfortunately, after years of success our fans don’t seem to be able to get behind the team when times are hard. We are now a group of entitled melts that put more effort into blame instead of encouragement . Out sung by AFC Wimbledon, probably by every away team from now on. We now only sing when we’re winning .

        Yeah, we're entitled melts

Just because we are stunned and bored from losing every week for 2 years and suffering a double relegation from what was one of our strongest positions in our history, seeing the club slide down, seemingly uncontrollably, and continuing to see the quality of recruitment badly fall away since the departure of Jones... we are entitled melts

I tell you what we are entitled to. We are entitled to ask questions when things are going wrong. That is what we've always done in our history. In fact, it is the fans' DUTY to ask questions and not just blindly follow, clapping our way into, potentially, more failure

No wonder the fans are quiet. We're too busy wondering WTF happened to generate much enthusiasm

And don't give me that shite about times being hard and unable to get behind the team, either. A lot of the fanbase, who are concerned, and that go regularly were likely there in 2003, 2007, getting the administrator to see sense and let 2020's bid win, sticking with the club during the bleak non-league years, giving the club unequivocal support when they needed it regards Power Court, dropping everything to help them at every turn with planning applications and fighting opposition

        But, yeah, entitled

I agree with everything you say about disappointment, failure, asking questions, but fans sitting in silence doesn’t inspire the players, or generate a positive atmosphere. We know how we got here, time to contribute in turning the corner.

Players producing shite football doesn't inspire the fans. It goes both ways

Why is it always on us? Sometimes we need highly paid (and underachieving) professionals to give something back and get us animated. Especially against a backdrop of a football club lacking direction, strategy or a plan and that is spiralling ever downwards

Besides, the first 10 minutes against Wimbledon was ok atmosphere-wise where I was. But the game quickly descended into boredom and shit and that kills the atmosphere

I don’t think it is always on us, but we can play our part, especially when the team is playing badly. 🧡

Thinking forward to tonight, I'm just not looking forward to it. It's a chore at the moment. But if the players play with structure, tempo, desire and create some entertainment, I'll get into it and chant, shout encouragement, etc

If they don't, I won't. I won't boo or throw abuse, either. I will just watch, apathetic and dazed, probably shaking my head a lot
