Advice on new shirt sizing UPDATE

Shirt ordered and arrived. MEDIUM usually take a LARGE. Perfect fit (1 size down works for me).Also length the same as previous years, thanks to everyone who advised.
They now have a size guide on the website that’s not the old Umbro size guide and it suggests I’m a small when I was a medium in Umbro so matches up with what you say
