Bumped into one of my old mates a while ago and this year, he watched his 19 year old son crash, on front of him, at 140mph on the mountain section. He was totally fine, scratches and bruises aside.

He also, later, wrote off his Dad's 'new' GSXR 750 because he's a fucking nutter like his Dad. I suggested that I might have slapped him but, having been brought up on martial arts , he reckoned he'd have lost that one too.
