          I had a cardiac arrest just over 10 years ago and have had the honour of meeting the people who saved me - members of the public that found me and the paramedic. The amazing thing about this amazing people is they don't think they did anything spectacular and "anyone could do it" - I'm not so sure

          I hope Tom is healthy and happy and fulfilled - he's done so much good since his cardiac and I'm sure has helped save lives. It scares the shit out of me to think he might play again though
