Sometimes it is worth doing it again on a different finger. No idea why, but sometimes as you must know, it can simply be a duff reading and by switching fingers it shows a different result.
You clearly know what your regular intake is, so try and keep to it.

      .

We talked about some old times
      And drank ourselves some beers
Still crazy after all these years.

Green bananas before they turn ripe are very good to bring your sugar levels down, and also chia seeds

Do it again in a week, I had a reading on my cholesterol levels recently that it was over 12 ….. took again a week later it was at 3.5.
Doctor told me it must have been a glitch in the readings( I has a week panicking, think I ate a lettuce leaf and fruit for 8 days!!!)

Any indication as to why it was so high.

            Take care.

As a former diabetic, good luck with managing it all. On a semi-serious point, if sweet treats are a problem, I recommend Oppo and Halo Top ice-cream.
