Whatever the thoughts on the merits or otherwise of signing an injured Odoffin, at least the club have been clear on what’s happened and why. He’ll be out for a few months, but Bloomfield thinks he’ll be worth it, and has given his reasons why. I don’t think we can ask for more than that as an explanation, even if you don’t agree with the reasoning.
Yes, can't argue with the communication about the situation and it's very welcome.
The frustration is due to the fact that we are rebuilding, and one part of the jigsaw is already out for a few months before even entering the building.
They must have a lot of faith that the lad has the right character etc. and is worth the wait, worth the risk and is be better than anyone else that is available.

For sure. And there have been other signs on these matters too. The communication on commercial matters is still weak at the mo - despite changing supplier and indeed commercial director, the new kit’s launch has been a shambles again.
“By the Wimbledon game” indeed, but the sooner the better before that, obviously. Agreed we’re not unique, but after recent kit nonsense, getting a new commercial lead and a currently unknown supplier was a great chance to make a statement. Which we didn’t take. Will it be in adequate stock in all sizes? Where’s the third kit? Etc? I don’t think Chris Bell was the issue with commercial…
How much input will the new lad have had for kits? They'd have been signed off etc before he came into the role, so it's only really the staggered kit reveals and maybe some sponsors that he's in control of
Somebody went direct to Reflo and asked and they replied that any delays in kits going on sale are down to the club signing off sponsors and not at Reflo's end.
