There is certainly a case for it with black and white cases such as this. Or at least a similar fate his baby suffered, 'injuries were consistent with his head being swung against a hard surface:' Hope his new friends in jail take 'care' if him. Awful, vile individual.
Except that someone has to actually kill them, which is a large part of why it's a fucking horrible idea only deemed good by the sort of divs who don't know why we can't just... because they're not capable of thinking anything through.
